Shipping & Production Times

We encourage you to shop as early as possible for the holidays this year as items are selling out quickly and as it gets closer to the holidays, we will not be able to guarantee shipping by Christmas due to an influx of online orders and the number of packages in the USPS, UPS, and FedEx systems. As a small business, we are doing the best we can, working around the clock, to get packages out asap, all while growing our warehouse and production teams to do so. We thank you for shopping small, and can't wait to see what you gift this year!

 

If an item is a pre-sale item, it will be noted in the listing and is available for purchase before it hits our warehouse. Pre-sale items will ship as soon as they become available.  

Please note, shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Madison Ghent. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Madison Ghent has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier.  All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped.  

If you choose FREE SHIPPING we will ship your order in the most economical way possible. In most cases this is via USPS First Class Mail which can take a week or more to arrive depending on the destination. Please keep this in mind when placing holiday/ special orders.  Any free shipping option is valid on US standard shipping only for the contiguous US (islands, AK, and HI are excluded) and does not apply to international orders. We advise using FedEx as your shipping option.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped.  New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.
